In business for over fifty years, OMAC has specialized in the production of sanitary volumetric lobe pumps in 316 L SS and special alloys (Hastelloy, Monel, Titanium) for the food, cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.
The pumps made by OMAC are designed in compliance with rigorous international 3A or EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group) sanitary standards and represent the most reliable it is possible to adopt in terms of performance, construction solidity, durability, ease of maintenance and containment of management costs. The Quality Management System is created according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard, while OMAC products confirm their reliability and safety having also obtained ATEX certification from TÜV. Among the volumetric lobe pumps made by OMAC we find:
• Series B, a range of 18 solid and reliable models available with standard or increased tolerances and shafts in 316 L stainless steel or Duplex and which meet the transfer needs of a wide range of products.
• BB/BA series, traditional lobe pumps with high hygienic-sanitary standards which guarantee easier CIP cleaning thanks to the new design of wetted parts.
• BE series, lobe pumps with monobloc design with a light and compact body. They guarantee excellent volumetric efficiency with smooth transfer of liquid or viscous products.
• BF/F series, is characterized by the 304 stainless steel gear box and its design which also facilitates external cleaning of the pump.
• C/CF Series, these are easily cleanable models with reduced consumption of water and chemical products for CIP, characterized by front loading mechanical seals that speed up maintenance.
• The BB/BA, BF/F, C/CF series pumps can be 3A or EHEDG certified.
The wide range of pumps produced, adaptable to the needs of the market and the individual customer, is the subject of continuous technological development in order to expand the application possibilities of lobe pumps.
