J Pack is an Italian manufacturing company active for over 40 in the production of machines in the food packaging field. Our range includes manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic tray sealers with MAP, SKIN and OVERSKIN technology as well as a line of vacuum chamber machines.
Our company provides a wide range of packaging solutions that are customized to meet the specific requirements of the food industry and supermarket chains. The line includes:
- Fully electric table-top tray sealers, combinable with our patented modular mould Infinity or with personalized fixed moulds;
- Table top tray sealers equipped with die-cut thanks to which the film is perfectly cut around the trays’ boarder, granting excellent results in terms of aesthetical finishing;
- Semiautomatic machines that allow the modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), a process specifically designed to improve the storage of products;
- Semiautomatic SKIN packaging machines, which combining vacuum technology and the tray packing functionality leads to a packaging with a strong aesthetical impact that gives a second skin to the products;
- Skin solution for the packing of protruding products on both trays and flat cardboards up to 40mm
- Automatic tray sealers, developed for the in-line packaging for activities with high-medium productivity. The machines allow to work with MAP and SKIN;
- Vacuum chamber machines, available in table-top or standalone version and with different sizes.
