By “Hygienic Design” (“HD), we intend equipmente and plants designed and manufactured according to the
hygiene requirements determined by the responsible organizations through guidelins, rules and directives.
Those directives are becoming more and more stringent in order to provide the higher standardsand, with
reference to the European directives, hygiene has become mandatory by the law.
EiQ Industrial proposes complete range of enclosures, which includes junction boxes, push button boxes,
enclosures with hinged door, compact cabinets and modular cabinets.
Particular attention has been paid to hinges, which the company choose to put outside because of
manyconstruction advantages and of a better robustness and hygiene. After a long engineering study, EiQ
hingehas been patented and certified by EHEDG in June 2019. Together with that, the entire range
of Hygienic Design product of EiQ Industrial, have been certified 3A.
